The young directors who created waves in the year 2009 with their debut films were honored in Chennai on Monday at the music launch of ‘MundhinamPaartheney’, a film produced by Manickam Narayanan for Seventh Channel Communication.
The movie is directed by Magizh Thirumeni, a debutant and the music has been given by Thaman S.
The well-known director Bharathiraja honored the young directors like Pandiraj (Pasanga), Panneerselvam (Renigunta), Rajesh (Siva Manasula Sakthi), Suseendran (Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu) and Arivazhagan (Eeram) whose debut films created a mark in the year that passed.
The audio CD of ‘Mundhinam Paartheney’ was released by Tamil Nadu Director General of Police K P Jain, while the young directors received it.
