Housefull’s lead character, Aarush – the world’s unluckiest man, has somehow come to be jinxed.He believes his bad luck will vanish however, if he finds true love. In this stumbling quest for true love, one lie leads to another, as different people from all walks of life come together entwined in the comic confusion and errors of our heroe’s quest. Just like in real life, love is sometimes unpredictable.
The film, directed by Sajid Khan and starring Akshay Kumar, is set to open in theaters worldwide on April 3oth. Producer Sajid Nadidwala’s once again brings together a star studded cast in the romantic comedy genre to tickle audiences with his unique brand of chaotic irony.
Housefull’s cast also includes; Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone, Jiah Khan, Arjun Rampal, Ritesh Deshmukh & Boman Irani. A superb soundtrack along with a predicatble but workable story line, promises plenty of laughs and toe tapping musical rhythm.
